Favorite Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 cans creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese
sugar to taste
Preparation

Saut onions in butter. In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, Jiffy mix, creamed corn, sour cream and 1 cup cheese. Add onions and butter. Mix well. To this mixture, add sugar to taste. Spray a large shallow baking dish with Pam and pour mixture in. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. It does not take long, usually when cheese on top is melted, it is done. This makes a large casserole.
