Caboose Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 tomatoes
5 carrots
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into chunks.
Peel carrots and slice lengthwise.
Slice pepper and onion.
Put all vegetables in a large pot.
Stir in tomato sauce.
Shape ground beef into balls.
Set them on top of the vegetables.
Cook on top of the stove on medium for 45 minutes or until carrots are tender.
