July 4Th Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    5 c. boiling water, divided
    1 c. cream
    1 c. sugar
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin, dissolved
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 can blueberries with juice
Preparation
    Dissolve 2 packages raspberry Jell-O in 4 cups boiling water. Pour into 13 x 9-inch dish; chill until firm.
    Scald cream and sugar.
    Add unflavored gelatin mixture.
    Beat in vanilla and cream cheese.
    Stir in nuts and pour over chilled gelatin.
    Chill until firm.
    Dissolve remaining Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
    Add blueberries and juice.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Pour over cheese layer and chill until firm.
