Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
-
For cake, blend oil, eggs and sugar.
Add dry ingredients, then everything else.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Cake will spring back and pull away from sides of pan when done.
