Cheese Blintz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    2 egg yolks
    2 large or 3 1/2 small loaves bread (may need more)
    1/2 stick margarine (may need more)
    sugar-cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut off bread crusts.
    Roll flat with rolling pin.
    Mix the cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks with electric mixer.
    Spread mixture on bread.
    Roll like a jelly roll.
    Cut into thirds.
    Roll in melted butter, then cinnamon and sugar.
    Freeze on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with sour cream or applesauce.
