Chicken-N-Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute Rice
    1 can mushrooms
    1 onion
    leg-thigh pieces thawed chicken
Preparation
    Pour rice in large deep cooking dish, then sprinkle mushrooms and lengthwise cut onion onto rice.
    Place chicken pieces.
    Season with seasoned salt, garlic salt and pepper on top of onion, mushrooms and rice.
    Add 3 cups water.
    Cover with tinfoil.
    Cut small slits in foil for steam to escape.
    Cook 40 to 50 minutes at 425\u00b0 or until chicken is done and water is evaporated.
