    1/2 c. regular Cream of Wheat
    1/2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (do not beat).
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
