Sesame Chicken On Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 inch wooden skewers or toothpicks
    toasted sesame seeds for rolling chicken in
    2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
    1/3 c. sesame oil
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger
    6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and marinate in fridge for at least 12 hours.
    When ready to serve, heat 3 inches of frying oil in a pan to medium high heat.
    Deep fry chicken till done and roll in sesame seeds and skewer.
