Cheese Ball 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1/2 c. mayonniase
1/2 c. milk
10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onions (optional)
crushed pecans (optional)
Preparation

Mix dressing, mayonnaise and milk together with electric mixer.
(Divide this mixture in half and freeze for later use if not serving more than 24 people.)
Add cream cheese, then blend Cheddar cheese in by hand.
Place in bowl in freezer for 30 minutes; then shape into ball and roll in pecans.
Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers.
