Summer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 large carrot, sliced
    1 large stalk celery, cut 1/4-inch thick
    1 large tomato, peeled and diced
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 each: red and green pepper, cut into pieces
    1 leek or onion, sliced
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cooked pasta (angel hair, etc.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine vegetables, chicken broth and half of cheese in a bowl.
    Place in ungreased casserole.
    Bake covered for 1 hour.
    Test carrots for tenderness.
    Add pasta and mix thoroughly.
    Top with remaining cheese and bake 15 minutes longer.
