Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans Veg-All, drained
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix Veg-All, grated cheese, mayonnaise, onion and water chestnuts together.
    Top with crackers and oleo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
