Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. Sugar Twin
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs and dry ingredients. Roll into balls, walnut size.
    Roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes about 7 dozen.
