Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
3 Tbsp. tapioca
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can broth
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
6 carrots
3 medium potatoes
1/2 c. celery
Preparation

Brown beef on all sides in hot oil.
Add onion, tomatoes, tapioca, broth, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over casserole.
Cover.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Add vegetables; bake for 1 hour or until vegetables are done.
