Tuna Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 cans (7 oz.) drained, flaked tuna (water packed)
radishes, cucumbers, green or red peppers (optional)
Preparation

Heat soup; stir in lemon juice, mustard and salt together. Chill.
Add mayonnaise.
Fold in onions, celery, tuna and any vegetables you would like.
Gently fill mold.
Chill several hours.
Serve with crackers.
