Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drain and save juice
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg
    3 to 4 tsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 to 1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook milk, flour, lemon juice and butter until thick.
    Add along with other ingredients to the salmon.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
