Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. onion, chopped fine
    2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/2 c. flour
    4 c. milk (canned)
    4 c. broth
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    10 oz. broccoli, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in salted water until tender and drain.
    Saute onion, celery and garlic in butter until transparent.
    Add 1/2 cup of flour to vegetables and stir into a paste.
    Add broth and milk; stir until smooth.
    Add cubed Velveeta cheese and broccoli; simmer.
    Do not boil until cheese melts.
