Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated zucchini

Preparation

Beat eggs, oil and sugar together.
Sift dry ingredients together and mix in.
Add vanilla and zucchini.
Pour into greased pan (10 x 15 x 2-inch).
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until done in center at 350\u00b0.
If desired frost with cream cheese frosting.
