Swiss Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    6 medium green peppers
    8 sticks bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Cook rice, clean peppers and precook peppers in boiling salt water for 5 minutes and drain.
    Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.
    Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of bacon grease until tender.
