Early American Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pt. frozen limas
1 pt. frozen corn
1 can cream of tomato soup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown crumbled beef; add onion and cook until soft.
Add limas, corn, soup and seasoning.
Simmer until vegetables are tender, stirring to prevent sticking.
Add water if necessary.
