Sweet Potato Honey Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water, divided
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 3/4 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
    5 Tbsp. butter, divided
    1/2 c. honey
    3/4 c. brown sugar, divided
    3/4 c. chopped nuts, divided
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.
    Heat remaining 1/4 cup water, sugar, 3 tablespoons butter and salt in small pan.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add eggs, sweet potatoes and vanilla.
    Combine 1 1/4 cups flour, yeast and sweet potato mixture in mixing bowl.
    Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute.
    Then beat on high for 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl.
    By hand, stir in enough remaining flour to make a moderate stiff dough.
    Knead until smooth and elastic (about 8 minutes).
    Place in greased bowl, turning dough to grease top.
    Cover and let rise until almost double (about 1 hour).
