No Peek Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. red wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
Stir together well. Cover and cook on low 8 to 12 hours (high 4 to 6 hours).
Serves 4.
Recipe may be doubled.
