Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked white meat, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 Tbsp. fresh minced onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. salt or less
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion. Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch pan. May top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes or 1/2 cup sliced almonds or buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
