Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 T. flour
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
Dash of vanilla
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
1/2 c. coconut
Pecans, optional
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Beat 2 eggs in mixing bowl; add sugar, flour, pineapple (including juice), vanilla, margarine and coconut. Pecans can be added if desired. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 500\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
