Cucumber-Tomato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cucumber, sliced
1/3 c. sliced olives (optional)
lettuce leaves
Preparation
-
Combine first 5 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly with lid and shake well.
Pour dressing over cut vegetables that have been arranged on lettuce leaves.
