Cheesy Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs (at room temperature)
4 1/2 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream very thoroughly the cream cheese, sugar and salt.
Add 1 egg; mix very well.
Spread this mixture in bottom of 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle 1 cup pecans on top of this mixture. Beat 3 eggs and syrup while stirring.
Spoon gently on top of nuts and bake.
