Albondigas(Meatball Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 soup bone (optional)
    1/2 c. rice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. cilantro
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 mint leaves
    1/2 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 egg
Preparation
    Put water in pot to boil.
    Add salt.
    Mix all other ingredients.
    Make meatballs size desired.
    Put them in boiling water.
    Simmer like soup for 1 1/2 hours.
    Vegetables may be added, if desired, in the last 1/2 hour.
