Easy To Do Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell (make your own; I buy mine)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 c. vegetables, cooked and drained (zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli or spinach, used alone or in combination)
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. half and half (I use 2% milk)
    1 Tbsp. minced onion (can use instant)
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed*
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Sprinkle pie shell with both cheeses. Add vegetables to pie shell.
    Beat eggs, milk, onion and oregano together in large bowl; pour over cheese and vegetables.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Let stand a few minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
