Deer Or Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    1 tsp. Accent seasoning
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 to 5 lb. beef or deer
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
    Cut meat into long thin strips.
    Place meat in large air-tight container and pour mixture over meat.
    Let marinate in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
    Stir meat every 8 hours.
    Cover oven rack with aluminum foil and place strips of meat on foil.
    Bake between 120\u00b0 to 150\u00b0 for 6 hours, turning meat over at 3 hours.
    Keep oven door cracked open at all times.
