Pop'S Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. spiral pasta
1 large onion
2 ripe bell peppers (red and yellow)
1 large carrot
2 sticks celery
1 can pitted ripe olives
1 (8 oz.) bottle kraft Zesty Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
pickled pepper rings, green olives, green bell peppers (optional)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Boil pasta 1 minute; add onion (sliced lengthwise).
One minute later, add carrot (sliced in small sticks).
One minute later, add celery (sliced in small sticks).
When pasta is al dente stage (5 minutes), drain.
Add vinegar, sugar, ripe olives (cut up) and optionals.
Stir in salad dressing; add cut up ripe peppers.
Cool as quickly as possible.
Voila.
