Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 pkg. instant butter pecan pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 qt. ice cream (butter pecan or vanilla)
Preparation
    Mix crumbs and butter.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Reserve 3/4 cup crumb mixture for top.
    Combine pudding and milk; beat 2 minutes.
    Add ice cream.
    Blend until smooth.
    Spread over crust. Top with Cool Whip and crumbs.
    Refrigerate, but do not freeze.
