Soft 100% Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    4 Tbsp. yeast
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. honey
    8 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. lecithin granules
    2 qt. warm water
    8 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
    21 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Work down every 20 minutes for 3 hours.
    Shape.
    Put in greased pans.
    Prick with fork and let rise in warm place, about 1 hour.
