Chili Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. diced bacon
    1 onion, minced
    1 garlic clove
    2 large peppers
    4 large tomatoes, peeled
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute bacon.
    Add onion and garlic, saute 3 to 4 minutes. Add peppers and tomatoes. Cover and saute 5 minutes.
    Add salt. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes on low.
