Golden Melon Frozen Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. seeded and cubed cantaloupe or crensha or casaba
    1/2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Combine melon, orange peel and sugar in food processor. Process until pureed.
    Let stand 1 minute, add gelatin and juice. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
    Add to fruit mixture.
    Stir in yogurt.
    Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions.
    Allow to ripen for 4 hours. Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings; 0 total fat.
