Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
chopped nuts
marshmallows (for top, optional)
Preparation

Mix above ingredients in order given except nuts and marshmallows.
Place in casserole dish.
Sprinkle with nuts and marshmallows.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake until set.
