Pumpkin Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. canned pumpkin
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil
in bowl.
Add pumpkin and mix. Sift dry ingredients together
twice.
Mix
with
pumpkin mixture. Bake in greased and
floured
tube
pan

minutes at 350\u00b0, then reduce oven to 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
