Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    1 egg
    chopped onions and jalapeno peppers (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
