Off Beat Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain and put in 1-quart casserole. Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, onions, salt and pepper.
    Stir into carrots.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
