Easy Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Red Delicious apples, grated or shredded
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    6 oz. can concentrated orange juice
    3 cans water (18 oz.)
    6 oz. grated coconut (fresh is best)
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Let sit for 24 hours (in refrigerator) for best results.
    May add raisins, nuts, etc.
