Coffee Pecan Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, coffee and salt.
    In bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar; beat until stiff.
    Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients; mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Put in an 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
