Pinto Bean Pie(Poor Boy Pecan Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. pinto beans (cooked, drained, and mashed)
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine beans, sugar, butter, and eggs (mix with a spoon). Stir in coconut and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
