Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small container whipped cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (8 or 10 oz.) jar salsa
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning (more if desired)
    finely chopped sweet peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix together until smooth the cream cheese and sour cream; spread evenly in shallow round dish or pie plate.
    Mix salsa and taco seasoning; spread on top of cheese/sour cream mixture.
    Top with chopped vegetables of choice.
    Serve with nachos.
