Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
water
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 Tbsp. orange liqueur
1 pt. strawberries
1/4 c. currant jelly
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup water; let stand for 1 minute.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is clear.
Cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually add sugar, orange juice concentrate, orange liqueur and gelatin mixture; mix well. Spoon into graham crackers crust, smoothing the top.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Hull strawberries and cut in halves; arrange over pie.
In a small saucepan, place currant jelly and 1 teaspoon water.
Stir over low heat until smooth.
Spoon over strawberries.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
