Sausage - Pineapple Hot Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 English muffins, split
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 c. pineapple tidbits, well drained
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 lb. cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Place English muffin halves on greased baking pan.
    Fry sausage, breaking into small bits, until cooked through and browned.
    Pour off excess fat; add seasonings and pineapple. Spread muffins with tomato paste; add layer of sausage mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
