Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. flake coconut
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg, vanilla and 1/2 of cake mix until smooth.
Stir in remainder of mix and coconut.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on cookie sheet, greased.
Important to stir in last half of cake mix.
Bake 7 minutes until light brown.
Remove from cookie sheet and cool.
Sprinkle with sifted confectioners sugar and seal tightly.
