Aunt Florie'S Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 lb. box powdered sugar (confectioners sugar)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional, but black walnuts or pecans are preferred)
    2 boxes Betty Crocker SuperMoist cake mix
    6 extra-large or jumbo eggs
    2/3 c. Crisco liquid vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 1/3 c. whole milk
Preparation
    You will also need a large piece of cardboard, aluminum foil and 1 large aluminum or stainless steel mixing bowl.
