Pecan Pie Muffins - cooking recipe

1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mashed bananas (2-3)
1 can (6 oz) frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cup sifted flour
1-1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed bananas
2/3 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cup flour
1 stick margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour milk or buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation

Pour into a well-greased and floured pan.
Sprinkle the 3/4 cup reserved crumb mixture on top before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees until top is golden brown and cake tests done.
(Glass pan -- 325 degrees.)
