Shrimp Fra Diavolo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 shrimp, shelled and cleaned
    5 oz. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    2 1/2 lb. crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil until brown; add parsley, tomatoes, basil and oregano and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
    Put shrimp in sauce; add white wine, cheese and crushed pepper.
    Cook until firm, about 7 minutes.
    Serve over linguini.
