Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 to 1/2 c. butter or oleo
4 Tbsp. flour
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
1 onion, chopped fine
1 grated carrot
2 to 3 stalks celery, diced
1/4 to 1/2 c. parsley
1/3 c. diced potatoes, cooked
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat.
Stir in flour.
Stir in 1/2 cup chicken broth and as it thickens, add remaining chicken broth and milk.
Cook to desired consistency and add salt and pepper.
