Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sandwich bread, sweet bread or cinnamon raisin bread (almost the whole loaf)
    3 egg yolks
    6 whole eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 qt. half and half
Preparation
    Toast bread in the toaster until golden brown and cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Mix egg yolks, eggs and sugar.
    Mix vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and half and half; add to egg mixture and mix well.
    Place cooled cubes in glass pan.
    Pour custard over and let soak 15 to 20 minutes.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 until set. Use your toothpick.
