Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. strawberries
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Cook water, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan over medium heat until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add Jell-O and strawberries (Jell-O made by directions on box).
Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
May be topped with whipped cream.
May use cream cheese frosting.
